Val Kilmer - Bowling for Soup

I just started singing it out loud, so.

Also, Mikko, when can I have my CDs back (what was the other one? I forgot), someone else wants to borrow it. :>

Women We Haven't Met Yet - Minus the Bear

So true. And beautiful.

Lyrics:

Tonight the bay's a pane of glass-
let's break it.
Our bodies ache to swim
so let's swim.
We're drunk enough to dull the cold
take of all the clothes, let's go.

Your feet kick slow
hands slow motion
head back eyes closed.

You slip under for a second.
You touch my leg and pull on my hand.
Come on girl, no one can see this,
come on girl.

Now we got it

Oh and I also bought The Decemberists' recent album "The Hazards of Love". It was a gamble because I only knew one song from it, but it was cheaper than my other possible choices, so whatever.

Nice album cover too.

Don't expect upbeat music you can dance to, like their more popular singles. This album was made for listening to while you're on your lonesome. Probably also a bit too sad for a The Decemberists album; none of the tracks particularly stick to mind. Also it was made to sound like one whole song, and while I'm p. sure that's been done before, I have no idea what it's called so I'll call it brilliant.

I'm going to listen to this before I sleep. Not because it's boring, but because it's careless whisper beautiful. I expect to dream of angels and songs that shouldn't be sung.

Also, it is 5am. Mornin, lads.

37 minutes late, what?

Yeah, I know there's a story. I'll listen to it later to get it. I mean because this morning I listened to it to listen to it.

SM North.
I think it was on sale, it had this red sticker that said 325PHP on it.

Is the Eyes Open album by Snow Patrol worth buying? I like three of the songs in it, but a friend says the songs sound alike. It was the other album I was thinking of buying.

The Marvel vs Capcom soundtrack. I love Spidey's (no surprise) and Gambit's themes.

Mostly, Queen's Greatest Hits 1, 2, and 3 singles. But now, I'm listening more on their underrated songs from all their albums(except of course, with Paul Rodgers).

Red Right Hand - Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds

Unsurprisingly invokes images of Hellboy walking into a bar and ordering a glass of bourbon.

I'm affirming my mainstream-ness by listening to Vertical Horizon.

God, I am sad. Heh. This doesn't belong here, ne?

Green Lantern: First Flight theme

From what I've heard, that's the best thing to come out of the movie itself.

Under Pressure(Top of the Pops Version).

The song sounds kinda weird compared to the studio version. Its as if David Bowie is the only one singing.

Okay.

Hazards Of Love is brilliant. Evocative of Philip-careless whisper-Sidney's Arcadia spiked with a stiff shot of absinthe, Faustian troubadours marching forlornly to their fates, and sonorous bayou sirens washing their hair with swamp water.

God.
