This is the whole ' taxing imported books ' thing, right ?

BUT, I won't go so far as saying this is Philippine douchebaggery, perse. For the real douchebag in the picture is this government who wasn't even elected. Last time I checked, it have been acting as if it has absolutely NOTHING to do with us, and whose sole mission, it seems, has been to undermine, degrade and bring down the country and the entire Filipino race, in every damn manner it possibly can.
