Hey, maybe this is Shyamalan's attempt at blurring the racial lines.
Man, I wanna watch this film already.

There are rumors that Toph is going to be played by a black girl. No major fusses about that because I think black girls are sassy.

I heard M. Night essentially said in an interview that he cut most of the humor and kiddy stuff out of the series and now it's a super srs business story.
