He recently got an injury when he encountered the third replacement batman(the satanist) on BATMAN #672(that was February last year, I think).
He got shot by a napalm firearm by the third batman. I couldn't remember the exact details about that issue since I left it in our province. hehe  |

I don't think Officer Down matters much anymore when it comes to Gordon's health.
And DC never did tell us why Gordon came back and replaced Akins. It juts happened after One Year Later.
And now I just wanna say Gotham Central is a must read book.

Damn. Poor Gordon. He's the opposite of Gary Stu, with his life in shambles and what not.
Officer Down wasn't that good, Marion. You can skip it. It sets the tone for Gotham Central which is all sorts of epic, so that's required reading.
Motto on Gotham Central. ^^ So help me out, Joseph. Been thinking of picking up either the Joker comic (the one you've got) or Gotham Central. Sputnik comic shop in Cubao X has got a 45% sale on everything (that was a shameless plug).
Gordon's going to be the next Batman.

"Joker" is a very good book but I don't consider it as a "must read" book and it is just one self-contained story. GC, on the other hand, "completes" the whole picture of what Gotham City is and if you consider yourself a fan of the whole "Bat-verse", you better pick up the title. It spans 40 issues collected in 5 volumes and it's consistently good.
I just read the wiki entry for GC and it's actually quite sad how this title almost got canceled because of poor sales. At least DC saw the greatness of the title and kept it going until it had a fitting conclusion.

Just came from there. Cubao X is located in the gateway area, where the two train lines intersect. Near to rustant's (omg, did i spell that right? o_o). Place is awesome. Opens up a little before six.

I know solicits are not 100% accurate but the solicit for BftC #3 has:
"the return of the Black Mask". What the?! Is this going to happen like how Steph came back into being Spoiler. I shouldn't be troubled by this but still, mentioning it would eventually make you. Maybe I'm just over-thinking.

I came at the sight of Catwoman's latex-gravityboob.
Riddler looks sharp with the shades, askew bowler, draped cloacoat and minimalist smattering of question marks. He's also on the villain side! But he's sitting down, like Harley, so that must mean he's taking a break from all the standing up required in supervillainy!
Anyway, three central figures, with their corresponding supporting figures perhaps? Notice Cass is leaning slightly toward the Todd clique.
