OKAY! Here is what is up.
We have an ACLE. We are going to push for it. And if not, Roja wasted time and money getting a ream of paper. LET NOT ROJA'S EFFORTS BE IN VAIN.
How to push for this:
Our main concern is a room. Currently, ate Cory will provide us a room, and hopefully one of the preferred rooms.
THERE'S A CATCH!
They won't give us the letter of approval if we don't give 5 participants (yes, participants) to join in the Sarswela Festival opening parade. We have 3 right now:
1. Job
2. Lukas
3. Hannah
So if anyone else can go, PLEASE DO. Unless we provide them with the 5, we don't get a room. Showing a movie is pretty worthless without a room. 
Also, we have a projector, the movie, and possible devices to enhance the movie (dvd player, speaker; do not ask why i chose enhance). So the next concern is who is going to watch over the ACLE, seeing that already 5 people will get their butts off to march to UP theater.
Anyway, that said, I don't think I'll be able to stay long. So we need some volunteers to watch over the stuff and the people/audience.
OH YEAH. Posters. Job has the design
so yeah, we'll need someone to get this approved and posted.

-Xeroxing, Approving and hanging of posters
-Volunteers to watch over ACLE (2 at least)

We note also Mikko, who did lots of your poetry (keeping schedule, giving the first request paper and contacting people)
I will not note what I did. Though it was more than any of you did.
