Bit of a disclaimer: I try to steer clear from fanvids 'cause they're generally cringe-worthy. It's basically cosplay caught on video for all the world to see, hrrrgh. The one that Ruzella mentioned, the Arkham Asylum one, that was fairly okay 'cause it was in Spanish. That said, the fanvid Patient J automatically tops my list because I find it the least cringe-inducing of all. And, well, it's pretty well-put together. Technically. On a cinematic basis. Editing and lighting and so on. With a semblance of a structured story.
So, submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society, featuring grown men playing roles taken from comic books (men who are not Christian Bale nor Heath Ledger, therefore are not paid to do this), I call this story Patient J.
