Okay, kicking this board off (finally) with an honest-to-Allah request (ie. something I couldn't find).
Realworlds: Batman
Tom Sniegoski, Christopher Golden and Marshall Rogers
So, from what I've heard of it, Realworlds is a realistic treatment on the DC mythos. And I'm using 'realistic' here in the most literal way possible. It's about normal human beings, with some strange quirks here and there, who were, in some way, inspired by certain superheroes to act in a sincerely Superhero-ey manner.
Realworlds: Batman was the first. My friend described it as:
