The UP GRAIL forums have numerous rules that will be implemented with extreme prejudice. Failure to conform to the following will result in differing sorts of punishment depending on the moderator's discretion and judgment. Also, I will be very angry with you.
1. Respeck Knuckles, or "The Mechanics of Propriety and Conduct"
Observe Netiquette, at all times. This means no flaming in boards where it is not permitted. Now, this moderator is pretty lax on the proper definition of the word "flame", as it is a fickle and tawdry word subject to opinionated distortions and etceteras both significant and minor, so let us take some time in elaborating and delineating it's clarity:
a. Religion is a sacred bond between an individual (or a group of individuals) and their ascertained deity. Respeck Knuckles all around, unless it's Scientology and/or a Kool-Aid Cult. Of course, plugging a religion is also an offense. I will accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior in private, thank you; no need to go all Spanish Inquisition on people.
b. Some members are abrasive and annoying? Do their very existences cause you unwarranted pain and itching? Well, you can either suck it up, get on with your life and achieve a worthwhile and rewarding career or post in the Flame Forum (which is basically the anywhere in the Random board)! It's a sure-fire way of attracting attention and friends! Stupendous! There's also the IM option, but where's the fun in that?
c. Political views, McDonald or Jolibee debates and favorite colors also deserve Respeck Knuckles.
2. AM I KEWL YET GUISE?, or "The Value of Decent Communicative Erudition"
One must learn how to effectively exchange information with a fellow member, if one wants to achieve the gift of eternal life (at least in the forums). English is arguably the intraweb lingua franca and its usage will be endorsed and advised. Fear not, our Filipino birthright will never be forgotten. As per fellow mod, Batman's, suggestion--

a. Grammar, spelling and other useless crap IRL are bread and butter on our intraweb information sharing site. Observe keenly at least your spelling, punctuation and capitalization. This moderator can forgives grammar that were above bad and not for amazingness. In fact, I find it hilariousity.
b. CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL IS NOT ALLOWED WHEN TRYING TO ARGUE A POINT. I FIND IT RUDE AND IMMATURE. FOR NORMAL CONVERSATION, HOWEVER, YOU MAY USE IT, I GUESS. I MEAN, IF THAT'S YOUR THING AND IT HELPS YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT, SURE. CAPSLOCK IS ONE OF THE GREATEST INVENTIONS OF THE LAST CENTURY AND IT WOULD BE A WASTE TO NOT USE IT.
3. Postage, or "The Dissemination of Ideas and the Meeting of Minds"
Proper posting guidelines will be implemented. This is not 4chan, and you are not anonymous. We know who you are IRL (kind of), and we can freely hunt you down and force you to buy ice cream for us (I'm looking at you, you know who you are).
a. Constructive posting is smiled on by the moderator/s. If you have something to say, say it with vim and verve. Be badass about it. You can never have too much badass, I always say.
b. I am sick of the careless whisper' trolls under the careless whisper' bridge! Trolling is a tenuous and unrewarding profession, and a member's attempts at trolling will be put under the sharp, antiseptic light of internet scrutiny. If one feels an urgent and wanton need to troll, be sure to do it with Respeck Knuckles in mind.
c. Vulgar language is allowed on certain accounts.
i. If profaning another member, make sure he/she deserves it. And also, make sure it's private, douchebag.
ii. CRUISE CONTROL and bad words are two negatives that cannot be canceled out.
iii. Profane with dignity. Respeck Knuckles apply.
d. No spam and double-postage. The edit function is there for you to use and abuse.
Corollary: The mods are reasonable folk. Punishments will be administered through snark, sarcasm and impersonal defamation. Major offenses will result in us deleting your post and slapping you soundly on your internet wrist. REALLY major offenses will be subject to moderator/user deliberation where you will be forced to present your case. Failure to do so or presenting a shoddy argument regarding a REALLY major offense will result in Banhammerfall.

Ok, at least I got the basic idea of how this forum goes after reading your rules and regulations... I think. I don't suggest you lock it though unless you want to create an appendix thread for it.
