The Triumvirate announces Dante's Demise
The UP Grail First Semester 2009-2010 Induction
Quezon City, Philippines, 22 October 2009 --
The Triumvirate today announces the event Dante's Demise (TM), a Murder Mystery Party/induction tentatively set for Saturday, 7 November 2009.
Set in Prohibition Era Chicago, Dante's Demise serves two purposes: one, to formally induct all the new applicants to UP Graphic Arts in Literature (UP Grail), and two, to HAVE AN EFFING MURDER MYSTERY PARTY, FFFFFFFFFFUUUCK YEAH. Dubbed as being "like Clue, but in real life!", Murder Mystery Parties are similar to Costume Parties, but with a unifying theme and plot to hold them together.
In Dante's Demise, the powerful Valestri Family (TM) who control most of Prohibition Chicago (TM) seems to make the perfect household. Don Dante Valestri (TM), a benevolent, aging Godfather has a secure hold upon his underworld kingdom.
OR DOES HE?
His faithful wife Beatrice, his loving children Rowena, Giovanni, Fatima and Benito, his butler Cecil and his unwavering Consiglieri James (TMs all) have pledged their undying loyalty to him.
OR HAVE THEY?
See! Tinka's House (TM) in all its many-roomed glory!
Hear! Don Dante's deathbed declarations!
Smell! The wafting smell of pipe tobacco!
Touch! The numerous Chekhovian guns!
Taste! The cooking only the finest Chinese chefs can provide!
All that and more in Dante's Demise, coming (tentatively!) 7 November 2009.
The Triumvirate (TT), headquartered in Hut Seven, College of Arts and Letters, University of the Philippines Diliman, are the leaders of UP Graphic Arts in Literature (UP Grail). Founded in 2007, The Triumvirate is in charge of all directorial duties appropriate to UP Grail, in the wake of abrupt administrator abandonment. The Triumvirate is constantly in the process of making UP Grail enjoyable to be in with its numerous leisurely activities, because we simply don't care about your problems. The Triumvirate. The venue is at Lukas's place at Tandang Sora. We'll be meeting at the hut around 4.

So, the induction party won't be held anytime earlier than November 7 or there's still a possibility of such option.
I don't want to sound rude or something like that but, this event is the only reason(well, there's another one) why I'm still here in Manila. I actually have a plan of having vacation in Bicol for the remaining days of sembreak.
Any (immediate) valid announcement/notification about this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

... Well, I'm an app. My attendance is pretty much a mandatory thing.
The only things I beg of you are two:
1) reasonable warning beforehand, please. minimum of two weeks before date itself, LET US KNOW because some of us have finicky parents. and we are bad liars.
